Courtney has lived in many places throughout Ontario, including a few years outside Montreal on West Island. Courtney has resided in Durham Region since 1989. Living in Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, Newcastle, and he currently resides in Courtice with his wife and two children.

Courtney has an educational background in finance and business administration from Durham College. Before his career in real estate, Courtney worked at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences in Whitby for ten years in their Finance & Payroll department.

From birth, Courtney has lived with the disability Cerebral Palsy (C.P.). Courtney has had three major surgeries to reduce the pain in his hips and help improve his walking. Today Courtney walks with the aid of forearm crutches. Living in a "normal" world, Courtney has had to work hard not only to achieve his goals but also to overcome any physical barriers that hindered the process.

After Courtney purchased his first home in 2009, he loved the process from start to finish so much that Courtney knew he could help others achieve their dreams of homeownership!

In the past, Courtney has played competitive wheelchair basketball. His achievements include winning the most improved player award in his rookie season, winning gold in the 2000 Canadian National Tournament and being named co-captain of the team for several seasons. Currently, in Courtney's downtime, you can find him pulling his trailer all over Ontario, camping with his friends and family. In the winter months, if Courtney's not at the rink watching the Oshawa Generals, he's in front of the T.V. cheering on the Montreal Canadians.

John Radtke is Ontario born and raised and has lived in several different places throughout the province. Originally from Sudbury, his family moved to Scarborough during the late 80's, and he has moved around Southern and East-Central Ontario ever since. His previous work experience as a journeyman, combined with his love for the outdoors gave him the opportunity to see a great deal of this province, which he loves dearly.

John spent 4 of his younger years living and studying in Lindsay at Sir Sandford Fleming College, School of Natural Resources where he found his first career path in forestry work as an arborist. His experiences gave him the opportunity to work all over the province, and his 5 years in a leadership role taught him about his knack for communication and public relations. This love for working with people led him to jump into his real estate career over 10 years ago.

Over the years, John has developed an expertise in working with investor-buyers who were eager to use real estate investments to expand their portfolio. He spends a lot of his time studying market trends, and looking for potential changes which will benefit his investor clients. He has the experience to help any investor portfolio whether it's a seasoned investor, or brand new to the game.

John is a proud father, and loves to spend lots of time with his daughter, especially outdoors where he feels most at home. In his spare time, and throughout his life he has fallen in love with the outdoors; everything from camping to hunting and fishing, skiing and snowshoeing in the winter months, and hikes wherever he can squeeze them in. John is also well travelled, and loves the opportunity to view and experience the natural landscapes of far off places, as well as explore different cultures! John's life has been filled with a heavy presence of musical influence as well, which has led him down several paths including singing, guitar, piano, and most recently a love of Latin dancing, namely Salsa.
